Stat International Referral Program

10% Fee Paid on All Referrals – Brokers, real estate professionals and client referrals are essential components to Stat International’s success. We appreciate the confidence our esteemed colleagues place in us by providing referrals on our services. For every office or virtual agreement contracted through a referral, we pay 10% commission on the total fees for the initial twelve months of the contract. We understand the value of delivering great service and will offer the perfect solutions to every potential client referred to Stat International.

1. Take I-95 South

2. In Wilmington, take Exit 7B (Delaware Avenue)

3. Turn left onto Delaware Avenue

4. Make a slight left onto W 11 Street

5. Turn left onto N Orange St

6. Destination will be ahead on the left – 11 story brick building.

7. Metered parking is available on the street. There is also a parking garage directly opposite our entrance.

8. Please come to the 7th floor.

From points south:
