A Note From Linda

An anniversary is a time to cherish special memories and to look forward to adding some new ones. Well, 2014 will be the 30th anniversary for our executive office center.  

Opened in June 1984 as the first of its kind in Wilmington, STAT Office Solutions, then known as Commerce Associates, began serving clients with furnished offices and telephone services. Our very first client was also our founder, Builders and Managers, Inc.

How times have changed since 1984. Our country’s population has increased by over 80 billion, our life expectancy is greater, our median household income has doubled, and a first class stamp went up from 20 cents to 46 cents.

Yet other things have stayed the same. The unemployment rate is actually about the same as it was in 1984. Peoplestill want a comfortable place in which to work, an opportunity to interact with other business professionals, and a great cup of coffee first thing in the morning!

Yet the most exciting times are yet to come. We are  delighted to announce that as we look forward to celebrating our 30th anniversary next year, we are moving ahead with renovations to our existing space. Our architectural partner is the firm of Gensler, well known for quality design worldwide.

So… we’ll keep you “in the know” as we begin this journey into the future together. We wouldn’t be where we are today without the wonderful clients that it is our pleasure to serve every day.
